Our event logo that I developed with the Seattle skyline inside of a beaker glass.

Three teaser mailers and emails were sent to potential party-goers, giving them little insights and sneak peeks on what they could expect for the Seattle KickOff party

This oversized mailer was sent to potential party-goers, giving them all the details and reminding them to grab their VIP status pass. Pre registration was required.

These posters were placed in the bathrooms of the venue.

Passes were a coveted part of our parties and it was all due to our pre-marketing. You had to come to our booth the day of the party to get your pass or you couldn't attend our party.
Branded merchandise was something else I was in charge of (deciding what to buy, making sure it fit within budget, and designing all graphics). Above you can see a VIP color changing mug that was given to our elite group of VIP guests.
And our venue that utilized a large screen that we used to feed images from our partying guests from their hashtag.
